Service Description

Initial 30 minute phone session to review the coaching processes and agreements. Then an in-depth assessment of client needs and objectives followed by setting up of a mutually agreeable action plan. The next session, 1-3 weeks later, will review progress and next steps to achieve clients goals, including the need for ongoing coaching and service options.
